Gift Cards and Discount Coupons

GIFT CARD AND DISCOUNT COUPON TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Gift cards and discount coupons can be used in the web store located at www.studio49.ee (hereafter referred to as the Web Store).
2. Gift cards and discount coupons can be used by entering the unique code indicated on the gift card or discount coupon at checkout. Gift cards can only be used once.
3. Gift cards and discount coupons should be stored carefully to prevent any unwanted access by third parties.
4. When purchasing the gift card from the Web Store make sure that all information necessary for delivery is entered correctly.
5. The Web Store is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party access to the gift cards (incl. the case where the gift card is accessed because of errors in delivery address, automatic e-mail forwarding etc.)
6. Gift card or discount coupon is valid only until the date indicated on the gift card or discount coupon. Expired and unused gift cards or discount coupons will not be refunded by the Web Store.
7. Gift cards can not be exchanged for money. The Web Store will not buy back or exchange those.
8. If the grand total of your order is less than the value of your gift card then the balance will not be refunded. Also, gift cards can not be used for several payments.
9. If the grand total of your order exceeds the value of your gift card you can pay the exceeding part by other means of payment offered by the Web Store at checkout.
10. When gift cards are purchased at the Web Store then the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days starting from the day the Web Store shipped the gift card. The sales contract can not be withdrawn when the gift card's unique code has been used.
11. The Web Store has the right to change the Terms and Conditions of gift cards and discount coupons by publishing corresponding information with 14 days' notice at Web Store's homepage www.studio49.ee.
